Picture instructions, and a written notice are included with the item, these should be looked over carefully, before attempting mounting.Delivery is via a UK courier (24/48 hour service), any questions relating to delivery can be put to us. This is a basic delivery service, delivery is to the front door of the building only.Any damages or faults must be put to us before attempting mounting. You should not begin mounting until your problem is resolved by a member of our customer support team. Damage reported after mounting of the item will not be considered for return/refund, this may be the result of improper use. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been previously mounted or used in any other way.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund, within 30 days after delivery.
